CREDIT AGRICOLE S.A. ANNOUNCES REDEMPTION OF

USD 1,250,000,000 Undated Deeply Subordinated Additional Tier 1 Fixed Rate Resettable Notes issued on February 27, 2019 (ISIN: Rule 144A: US225313AL91 and Regulation S: USF2R125CF03)*

Crédit Agricole S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces today the redemption (the “Redemption”) with effect on September 23, 2024 (the “Redemption Date”) of all of its outstanding USD 1,250,000,000 Undated Deeply Subordinated Additional Tier 1 Fixed Rate Resettable Notes issued on February 27, 2019 (ISIN: Rule 144A: US225313AL91 and Regulation S: USF2R125CF03) (the “Notes”) pursuant to Condition 7.2 (General Redemption Option) of the terms and conditions of the Notes (the “Terms and Conditions”) included in the prospectus dated February 21, 2019, which was granted the visa n°19-056 by the Autorité des marchés financiers on February 21, 2019 (the “Prospectus”) at the outstanding nominal amount thereof, together with any accrued interest thereon (the “Redemption Amount”).

On the Redemption Date, the Redemption Amount shall become due and payable and, in accordance with Condition 5.2 (Accrual of Interest) of the Terms and Conditions, unless the Redemption Amount is improperly withheld or refused, each Note shall cease to bear interest on the Redemption Date.

The holders of the Notes will receive formal notice of the Redemption in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
