Neurosoft announces the appointment of Integrae SIM SpA as its new Specialist Athens, 25 April 2012 - Neurosoft S.A. a software house, listed on AIM Italia market (GRS802003004, Reuters NRST.MI, Bloomberg NRST:IM) for which Integrae SIM SpA is its Nominated Adviser, announces the appointment of Integrae SIM SpA as its new Specialist as of 8 May 2012 in place of Mediobanca who has been its Specialist since May 2009. Integrae SIM is active within the following strategic business areas: Corporate Finance, Equity Sales & Trading and Equity Research. The Corporate Finance area focuses on high added value services tailored for SMEs. The Equity Sales & Trading area is the natural complement and support for the Corporate Finance area. The Equity Research area is their essential framework.
