Eurogas International Inc. ("Eurogas International" or the "Corporation")
(CNSX:EI) announces that the Tunisian authorities have approved the extension of
the term of the Sfax Permit by one year, to December 9, 2012, with no additional
obligations imposed on the Corporation.
