Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 23rd January 2006 Standard Life Investments disposed 7,567 shares on behalf
of Standard Life Group and therefore had a notifiable interest (including
material and non-material interests) in 34,277,982 ordinary 1p shares in the
Company representing 13.997% of the issued share capital.

The 34,277,982 shares were registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
