Sale of Retained Bonds

T.H.F.C. (Funding No.3) Plc (the Issuer) is pleased to announce that it intends to sell Retained Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to GBP35,000,000 in one or more transactions in the next month, subject to market conditions.

In accordance with the provisions of the trust deed dated 11 October 2011 (as amended and supplemented) which constitutes and secures the Bonds, the Retained Bonds were purchased by and held for the account of the Issuer following issue.
