We have been notified that Port of Felixstowe Limited has acquired 105 
preference share units in The Felixstowe Dock and Railway Company.  This
increases its holding to 57,587 units amounting to 28.79% of the issued share
capital. The shares are held in the names of Port of Felixstowe Limited
(39,641)and R C Greig Nominees Limited (17,946).
