Re. Final Notification to the Investors in Residential Mortgage Securities 
No. 13 Plc

Notification to Press

In accordance with condition 5(e) of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes,
RMS13 plc hereby gives notice that it will repay all outstanding Principal for
all asset classes on 12 June 2006, being the "Final Interest Payment Date".
Therefore the Principal payable per note will be #2,779.55 for the Class A2a
Notes and $27,795.42 per note for the Class A2b and #3,851.33 for the Class M1,
M2a and B1a notes respectively and $3,851.33 for the Class M2b notes and
Euro3,851.33 for the class B1b notes. All interest payments are pursuant to the
original notification and no further interest will be received on these
securities from the above date.
