    The Irish government announced yesterday that the proposed restructuring of Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports as three separate, fully
independent and autonomous authorities (each under state ownership), pursuant to which Dublin Airport Authority plc would cease to own Cork
and Shannon airports is being deferred until 2011.
