of all of its JPY42,500,000,000 3.50 per cent. Undated Subordinated Step-Up 
Notes (ISIN: XS0125599687) on the Official List and admission of such securities 
to trading on the London Stock Exchange was cancelled at its request as from 
8.00 a.m. on 10 August 2010.
