Final Terms for Scotland Gas Networks PLC GBP225,000,000 4.875% Bonds due 2034 (the "Bonds") issued under its GBP5,000,000,000 Bond Issuance Programme (the "Programme").

The amended and restated Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 17 October 2005 (the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
