NATS (En Route) plc Issue of GBP 145,000,000 1.750% Senior Unsecured Bullet Bonds due 2033 (the "New Bonds") to be consolidated and form a single series with the Issuer's existing GBP 300,000,000 1.750% Senior Unsecured Bullet Bonds due 2033 issued on 6 May 2021 (the "Existing Bonds")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Issuer has today announced the pricing of a GBP145,000,000 issue of unsecured bullet bonds due 2033 (the "New Bonds"), such New Bonds to be consolidated and form a single series with the Existing Bonds. The Issuer intends to use the proceeds of the New Bonds for the repayment of existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

The New Bonds and the Existing Bonds will have the same terms and conditions, except in relation to the issue price and the issue date.

Settlement and delivery of the Bonds is expected to take place on or about 14 March 2023.
