NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO HOLDERS OF THE NOTES THAT:

The Master Issuer has been informed by Bank of Scotland plc as Originator that it intends to notify the European Securities and Markets Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of the 'simple, transparent and standardised' framework of the Securitisation Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 (STS) designation of the Notes, and has appointed PCS as an authorised third party to assess the compliance of the securitisation funded by the Notes with the STS criteria for pre-2019 issuances Notes prior to the Originator submitting the STS notification.

All terms used but not defined herein shall bear the meanings (if any) given to them in the Master Definitions Schedule and the Master Issuer Master Definitions Schedule .
