                  EXCHANGE RATE APPLICABLE TO INTERIM DIVIDEND

Advent Air, which owns and operates Western Australian based Skywest Airlines
Pty Ltd ("Skywest"), advises the details of the exchange rate applicable to the
interim dividend is #1.00 : 2.98 SGD.

As previously announced, the payment details for the interim dividend are as
follows:

   *The interim dividend payment to shareholders is Singapore Cents 0.3 per
    ordinary share;

   *Ex-Dividend date is 11 April 2007

   *Record Date is 13 April 2007

   *Payment to shareholders is 30 April 2007
