ADDleisure plc, the AIM traded company formed to develop products and services
in the health and leisure sectors, was informed on 15 February 2008 that on 15
February 2008, Allan Fisher, Chairman, purchased 66,667 ordinary shares in the
Company at 3p per share and David Cummin, Technical Director, purchased 66,667
ordinary shares in the Company at 3p per share. Mr Fisher now holds 22,233,333
ordinary shares representing approximately 10.61 per cent. of the Company and Mr
Cummin now holds 19,733,334 ordinary shares representing approximately 9.4 per
cent. of the Company
