Electra Kingsway VCT plc



A Generalist VCT whose investments are managed by Electra Quoted Management
Limited (established in 1981), which also manages Electra Kingsway VCT 2 and
Electra Kingsway VCT 3. The investment focus of the Manager is to seek out
established companies, most of which are cash positive, rather than early stage
opportunities.





Downing Protected VCT VI & VII



The Protected VCTs' strategy will be to target capital preservation. The
Directors will accept lower returns on their investments in return for lower
risk. It is intended that the focus will be on investee companies which own
substantial assets and the Protected VCTs will seek to take a charge over the
assets in order to protect their investments.



Pennine AIM VCT plc



An AIM focused VCT. The Company's principal objectives are to predominantly
invest in a selection of VCT qualifying AIM quoted companies with the intention
of achieving capital growth together with an attractive income flow. Also to
maintain VCT status so that the Company and its Shareholders may benefit from
the tax reliefs and exemptions available under the VCT legislation.
