   Share plc Offer for Subscription available to private investors on All IPO
   - parent company of leading retail stockbroker, the Share Centre, open for
                          investment through All IPO -


All IPO is enabling private investors to take part in the Share plc IPO online.

Share plc is the parent company of the Share Centre, one of the UK's largest
independent retail stockbrokers, which provides private investors execution-only
and advisory trading services. The group also has divisions involved in fund
management and nominee services.

Through the Offer for Subscription, the company is offering up to 4,000,000
shares at a subscription price of 27p. Following the IPO, the company will be
traded on AIM, PLUS Markets and on Sharemark, the Share Centre's own trading
platform.

The prospectus is now available on the All IPO website (www.allipo.com) and
investors can place orders for subscription and pay online on All IPO at any
time up until midnight on the 8th of May. The minimum subscription is �1,000.

with the IPO market being very subdued recently. We are therefore delighted to
