Dividend Declaration

The Directors of the Company have declared the payment of a second interim dividend of 2.5 pence per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 January 2024.

Challenging market conditions have resulted in fewer fund raises on AIM this year. This, combined with increased difficulty for companies seeking approval to raise VCT/EIS funding, has meant we have seen a reduction in suitable qualifying investment opportunities for the Company with only GBP3.7m so far invested in the second half. For this reason and having disposed of a number of qualifying holdings over the last 18 months the Board is choosing to accelerate the timing of dividend payments this year via the declaration of a second interim dividend.

The dividend will be paid on 12 January 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 December 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 7 December 2023. The last day for DRIS elections will be 27 December 2023.
