              Huiyin Household Appliances Initial Public Offering 
 
ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH" or "the Company") (AIM: ARCH), is pleased 
to announce that on 25 March 2010, Huiyin Household Appliances (Holding) Co., 
Ltd. ("Huiyin") successfully completed its initial public offering on the Hong 
Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code (1280). 
 
The retail tranche of the offering was nearly 600 times oversubscribed. Shares 
of Huiyin closed at HK$2.44 or 44.4% higher than its offer price of HK$1.69, on 
the backdrop of a down market where the Hang Seng Index fell 1.1%. The closing 
price of Huiyin represents a 37.4% higher valuation than the latest holding 
value released by ARCH. 
 
Huiyin Household Appliances is a retail chain operator and distributor of home 
appliances and electronics. Huiyin's target geography of third and fourth tier 
cities in China forms the basis of its competitive advantage. 
 
Commenting on the future outlook of Huiyin, Allan Liu, Chairman of ARC Capital 
Partners Limited, the Company's investment manager, said: 
 
"With approximately 70% of home appliance and electronics sales concentrated in 
the lower tier cities of China and government stimulus plans to help modernise 
the rural areas, Huiyin is well positioned for further growth."
