                      Goodbaby Hong Kong Listing Approved 
 
ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH") (AIM: ARCH), is pleased to announce that 
its portfolio company Goodbaby International Holdings Limited ("Goodbaby"), has 
received in principle approval to list from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The 
prospectus has been published on the stock exchange website. 
 
Headquartered in China, Goodbaby is a leading international durable juvenile 
products company which is the largest supplier of strollers in North America, 
Europe and China. Goodbaby designs, develops, manufactures, markets and sells 
its products through multiple channels in the domestic and international 
markets. 
 
It is expected that pricing for the offering will be fixed on 17 November 2010 
with a listing on 24 November 2010. Morgan Stanley Asia Ltd. Is the sole global 
coordinator, bookrunner and lead manager. 
 
A further announcement will be made upon the completion of the listing.
