Share Dealing

ARC Capital Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces the following dealings in the Company.

The Company has been informed that on 24 January 2011, Mr. Guy Heald, a director of the Company, purchased 60,000 of the Company's ordinary shares par value $0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at $1.205 per share with the proceeds he received from the tender of 50,000 of the Company's Ordinary Shares in the Company's Tender Offer at $1.45 per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Heald is directly interested in 510 000 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 0.13% of the Company's total voting rights. For more information, please contact:
