Share Buy-Back

ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH" or the "Company") (AIM: ARCH) announces that on 29 September 2011, ARCH Share Trading Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, purchased 135,500 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, at a price of US$0.852975 per share.

Following the repurchase, the Company has a total of 429,533,424 ordinary shares in issue, of which 46,911,761 are held to effectively replicate a treasury share facility by ARCH Share Trading Limited.
