Shareholder Circular Conference Call
ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH") (AIM: ARCH) will host a
conference call to explain the terms and rationale of the proposals
outlined in the Shareholder Circular released on 30 December 2011,
and to offer shareholders an opportunity to ask the Board of
Directors any questions they may have. The conference call is
scheduled for Wednesday, 18 January 2012 at 9:00am (GMT).
Participants may join the call by dialing Hong Kong Local: +852
2598 7556 or United Kingdom Toll Free: 0808 234 8407 and entering
the confirmation code 999 1868. Participants are recommended to
dial in ten minutes prior to the start time of the conference to
ensure a proper connection to the call.
