    Director appointment
    The Board of the Company are pleased to announce that Professor David Kinnon MA MAcc CA MCT FABRP FCIM has joined the Board as a
Director with effect from 30 December 2008 and has been appointed as the Chief Executive.  Bruce Page who had been acting in this capacity
remains a Director, resuming the role of Finance Director.
    David Henderson Kinnon, aged 57, has the following directorships:
