               Multimillion pound contract win secured with Avaya


The Board of ATC is pleased to announce that the Group's Rocom division has
secured a significant contract with Avaya ('Avaya'), the global leader in
Enterprise IP Telephony*.

The contract is expected to deliver a minimum of �7m of revenues over the
initial 2 years with Rocom distributing Avaya's portfolio of Small to Medium
Business ('SMB') products.

This is a significant achievement for ATC as it represents Avaya's first new UK
distributor appointment in the last 4 years. Key to winning this contract was
ATC's full service capability with its Servassure division providing an
installation and maintenance service for Avaya's full product portfolio.

The contract is particularly important because Avaya is consistently recognised
as a worldwide leader by industry and technology experts and is consistent with
Avaya's declared strategy to grow its market share exponentially. Avaya's SMB
Impact has a solid footprint serving 39+ million users in small and midsize
businesses around the globe, of which 3.5+ million connect with Avaya IP Office.
