                                 SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT

The Company has noted the recent substantial movement in the price of its
shares.  The Company has become aware that, on 30 October, an institutional
investor sold a holding of approximately 1.5m shares in the Company at well
below the quoted price in the market at that time.  The directors are not aware
of any other matters that could have led to this price movement.


As previously notified, the Company will announce its interim results for the
half year ended 30 September 2002 on Thursday 19 December.
