Atalaya Mining Plc (LSE: ATYM) is
pleased to announce the publication of its Sustainability
Report and Climate Change Report for the year ended 31 December
2023.
The 2023 Sustainability Report is
prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative
Standards ("GRI Standards"), in accordance with Spanish Law 11/2018
on non-financial information, and to provide certain Metals &
Mining sector indicators outlined by the Sustainability Accounting
Standards Board ("SASB"). The 2023 Sustainability Report was
verified by EY.
The 2023 Climate Change Report shows
Atalaya's progress in aligning with the recommendations of the Task
Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures ("TCFD"), which seek
to improve the consistency and comparability of climate-related
financial disclosure.

producer that owns and operates the Proyecto Riotinto complex in
southwest Spain. Atalaya's shares trade on the London Stock
Exchange's Main Market (Premium Segment) under the symbol

Atalaya's operations include the
Cerro Colorado open pit mine and a modern 15 Mtpa processing plant,
which has the potential to become a central processing hub for ore
sourced from its wholly owned regional projects around Riotinto,
such as Proyecto Masa Valverde and Proyecto Riotinto East. In
