                         NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DE-LIST

Following the full and final redemption of all the outstanding Notes issued by
the Issuer, the Issuer has requested the UK Listing Authority to cancel the 
listing of its Notes on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority 
and also notified the London Stock Exchange plc that it wishes to cancel its
admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange of its Notes with effect from 
14 July 2006 pursuant to rule 3.20 of the Admissions and Disclosure Standards 
(being 20 business days from the date of this announcement.)
