Admission of shares to trading on AIM

The Company today announces that, pursuant to the announcements of 11 June 2014 and 2 July 2014, an application has been made for the admission of 6,775,968 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company to trading on AIM ("Admission").

Admission has been sought following the extension of the offer for the Company by Norton Gold Fields Limited ("Norton") (the "Offer") to include these shares which were previously not subject to the offer, as announced on 28 July 2014. These shares were quoted separately on the Australian Securities Exchange under the BABN code to indicate they were not subject to the bid. These shares were not subject to the offer as they were issued subsequent to the announcement of the Offer. Following the extension of the Offer to the BABN shares by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the ASX has approved the reclassification of the BABN shares into BAB shares, the quote under which all other Bullabulling shares trade on the ASX.

The number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 350,811,553. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, their shareholding in the Company.
