Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and Connected Persons ("PCA")

Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed UK income fund focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, has received notification that Christopher Waldron a PDMR of the Company, has purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. These shares will be held in a Retirement Annuity Trust for the benefit of Mr Waldron. He also holds 25,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name.
