Byotrol plc announces that the Company was notified on 08 August 2013 that, on 05 August 2013, Maunby Investment Management Ltd disposed of 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Maunby Investment Management Ltd now holds 25,249,709 Ordinary Shares representing 16.87% of the total voting rights in the Company.
