Appointment of a new NED & Chairman of the Audit
Committee
Patisserie Holdings plc (AIM: CAKE) ("PH" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that Jeremy Jensen has been appointed to the
board of the Company and will take the up the role as Chair of the
Audit committee. Lee Ginsberg steps aside from that role but
remains on the Board as Deputy Chairman and a Non-Executive
Director.
Jeremy is an experienced financial and managerial trouble
shooter with a strong track record of success in rescuing and
turning around large complex organisations with multiple
stakeholder groups. He is currently a director of Stemcor Global
Holdings Limited (the world's largest independent Steel Trader),
Frigoglass S.A.I.C. (Ice Cold Merchandiser quoted in Athens) and
Vice Chairman of the Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation
Trust.
Jeremy's previous experience includes operational roles at
Reuters and Cable & Wireless, corporate governance and
turnaround roles at McCarthy and Stone, MPG Holdings, NHP Libra,
BBC 2 Entertain, and a wide range of other restructurings and
special situations.
Jeremy is a UK Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in
Economics and Economic History from the London School of
Economics.

Jeremy Jensen was a director of Toys "R" Us Properties (UK)
Limited which appointed a receiver in March 2018 in order to sell
its property interests; Jeremy resigned in April 2018.
Jeremy was a director of Kayterm Limited which entered
Administration in October 2011 and was dissolved in July 2013;
Jeremy resigned in October 2011.
Jeremy was a director of Libra No 3 Limited, to which an
administrative receiver was appointed in November 2014. Libra No 3
Limited was subsequently wound up by members voluntary liquidation
in December 2014.
