As notified in the announcement released by the Company on 24 January 2011, the total enlarged issued aggregated USD and EUR share capital of the Company following Admission comprises 230,445,716 Shares. The Company would like to clarify in this respect that all shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of Shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 230,445,716. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007.
