Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ("the Company") (ASX: CFE, AIM: CLIO) announces 
that it was notified today (23 February 2009) that Mr Timothy Paul Turner, a 
non-executive Director of the Company, transferred a total of 1,000,000 ordinary 
shares on 19 February 2009 between controlled entities for the total 
consideration of A$160,000. 
 
 
Following the above transaction, Mr Turner's beneficial interest in the Company
