Transaction in own shares 
 
The Company announces that it has today purchased 67,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p 
each ("Ordinary Share") at price of 52 pence per Ordinary Share. 
 
 
The Ordinary Shares purchased today will be held in Treasury. 
 
Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 107,500 Ordinary 
Shares in Treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding 
shares held as treasury shares) is 73,556,610. 
 
 
The above figure of 73,556,610 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
