("CRHL" or "the Company") Directorate Change

Creat Resources Holdings Limited ("CRHL") (AIM: CRHL) announces that on 25 June 2012 it received notification that Mr. Stephen Michael Powell ("Mr. Powell"..), a Non-executive Director of the Company, is the subject of bankruptcy proceedings by order of the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia. Under the Australian Corporations Act 2001, Mr. Powell is no longer eligible for inclusion in the register of company directors and has been removed from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

Further, the Company announces its intention to appoint Mr. Morris Hansen ("Mr. Hansen"..) to the Board as Executive Director. This appointment is subject to the approval of Daniel Stewart & Company Plc as nominated adviser, and a further announcement will be made in due course. Mr. Hansen shall maintain his current roles as Company Secretary and General Manager of the Company.
