                  ("CustomVis" or the "Company" or the "Group") 
 
    Acquisition of business and assets of CLVR Pty Limited (in liquidation) 
 
Further to the announcement made on 29 June 2010, the Company announces that it 
has acquired the assets, including certain intellectual property assets, from 
the liquidator of CLVR Pty Limited ("CLVR"), the Company's wholly-owned 
subsidiary, for a cash consideration of AUD$245,850. This acquisition was funded 
by the loan obtained from Hawk Investments Limited on 29 June 2010. 
 
 As a result, the Company now owns substantially all of the assets it owned 
prior to the appointment of  administrators to CLVR on 22 April 2010. 
 
The new Board intends to now relaunch the Company's products and re-engage with 
its customers. Dealings in the Company's shares were suspended on 19 April 2010 
and will continue to remain suspended.  A further announcement will be made in 
due course.
