Confirmation of Directorate
Changes
Further to the Company's
announcement on 8 May 2024, the Board of Directors of D9 (the
"Board") is pleased to confirm that, following approval by the
Jersey Financial Services Commission ("JFSC") received today, Mr
Eric Sanderson's appointment as Independent Non-Executive Chair of
the Company, Chair of the Company's Risk Committee and a member of
the Company's Valuation, Nomination and Management Engagement
Committees, are now effective today.
As announced on 8 May 2024,
following receipt of Mr Sanderson's approval by the JFSC and
appointment as Independent Non-Executive Chair, Charlotte Valeur
will step down as Interim Non-Executive Chair and Independent
Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect today.
The Company is in the advanced
stages of appointing an additional Non-Executive Director. The
outcome of this process will be announced in due course.

Sanderson, Independent Non-Executive Chair, Digital 9
Infrastructure plc, commented:
