Clarification

Further to the SGM held 25 July 2011 and subsequent announcements, the Company should like to clarify that no share consolidation shall be taking place at this time. Also pursuant to recent announcements, Dominion is at this time reviewing the proposed Malta farm-in with the existing operator of Area 4. A further announcement relating to this will be made as, and when, it is appropriate to do so.
