The Company hereby announces that on 12 June 2009 the Company amended its 
Articles of Association to allow the directors to effect an early compulsory 
redemption of all the preference shares of a cell in issue (an "Early Compulsory 
Redemption"), provided that the Directors obtain prior written consent to the 
Early Compulsory Redemption from any holder or group of holders between them 
holding not less than 75 per cent. of the Preference Shares in issue 
attributable to that cell.
