EcoSecurities Group plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision six we
would like to notify the market of the following:

EcoSecurities Group plc's capital consists of 92,647,288 ordinary shares of 0.25
cents (euro) each, with voting rights. EcoSecurities Group plc holds no shares
in Treasury.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, EcoSecurities Group plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
