The following replaces the Director shareholding announcement released today at

The director involved in this transaction was Peter Grant and not Steve Swayne
as previously stated.  The full amended text appears below.


                      EURODIS ELECTRON PLC ('the Company')

Eurodis Electron PLC was today advised that Mr Peter Grant, a director of
Eurodis Electron PLC has today bought and sold 120,337 ordinary shares in the
Company. The purchase was by his personal ISA at a price of 5.79 pence per share
and the sale was at a price of 5.75 pence per share.

Following these transactions Mr Grant's beneficial holding in the Company
remains unchanged at 400,000 Ordinary shares.
