Application to Listing


On 15 March 2006, the Company announced that it had taken an 8% stake in Dalian
Business Institute Ltd ('DBI'), a Chinese educational facilities management
group, for #0.7 million. Part of the consideration was satisfied by the issue of
4,446,000 ordinary shares. These shares were allotted at the time, but no
application for these shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market was
made.

An application for admission to trading will now be made. The shares will rank
pari passu with existing shares and it is expected that dealings will commence
on 3 January 2007
