                               Additional Listing

The Company announces that application has been made for 222,167 ordinary shares
of nil par value in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected
that admission of the new ordinary shares will take place on 15 May 2007.

222,167 ordinary shares were allotted to Cornell Capital pursuant to the
convertible note agreement in consideration for US$50,000. Following the issue
of new ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares issued and allotted will
be 278,873,131.
