Director's interest following issuance of consideration shares in relation to the Related Party Acquisition of WADI Properties Limited

Subsequent to the admission to trading of 5,399,742 Ordinary Shares of 10p issued to W.A. Developments International Limited, a company ultimately owned by William Andrew Tinkler and William Stobart, in relation to the Related Party Acquisition of WADI Properties Limited by Stobart Group Limited ("Stobart" or the "Group") on 28 February 2012, it is confirmed that William Andrew Tinkler and William Stobart's interest in Stobart has changed as follows:

Following the issue of consideration shares and recent share buybacks the total issued share capital of Stobart is 349,000,357. William Stobart is interested in 11,429,412 Ordinary Shares representing 3.27% of the issued share capital of Stobart and William Andrew Tinkler is interested in 32,421,571 Ordinary Shares representing 9.29% of the issued share capital of Stobart.
