easyHotel, the international owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, announces that Darren Mee, Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation in order to pursue another opportunity. The Board of Directors has accepted his resignation and confirms that Mr Mee will step down from the Board and leave the Company on 29 January 2015. A search for his successor will be commenced shortly.

Simon Champion, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"The Board would like to thank Darren for his substantial contribution to the Company this year and helping us achieve our successful listing on AIM."
