to announce that John Seymour and David Williams have resigned as directors. 
The Board wishes to thank them for their efforts and contribution to the
Company.  

Derek Bonham (55) and Andrew Arends (37) were appointed as Chairman and Chief
Executive respectively on Wednesday 29th July 1998.
