    Pursuant to the exercise of options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 2,073,000 new ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). 

    Included in the above number of options exercised are the following options which have been exercised by Directors of the Company:

 Adam Wilson           632,000            10p             
 Brian Rowbotham       305,000            10p             
 Jeremy Delmar-Morgan  25,000             10p             
                                                          


    It is expected that Admission will become effective on 2 June 2008. The total number of shares in issue will therefore then be
19,468,773.
