The number of shares that companies in which David Massie is deemed to have an
interest should have read 3,333,333 ordinary shares representing 6.9 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital and not 333,333,333 representing 6.9 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital. All other details remain unchanged.

The full text of the amended announcement is set out below:-

Pursuant to Chapter 5 of the UK Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 3 September 2007, that companies in
which David Massie is deemed to have an interest were interested in 3,333,333
ordinary shares representing 6.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
