Share Price Movement


The Board of Hardy Amies plc confirms that it knows of no reason for the recent
substantial movements in the Company's share price.  Together with its new major
shareholder, Arev Brands Ltd, the Board is currently formulating plans for the
retail roll out of the Hardy Amies brand through concessions and stores across
the UK and the development of additional licensing revenues.  Further details of
these plans will be announced in due course.
