Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of Ishaan Real Estate announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, the Resolution proposed to the meeting, as set out in the circular to Shareholders dated 24 May 2013 (the "Circular"), was duly passed.

As a result, trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled at 7.00 am on 25 June 2013 and the Liquidator will proceed with the members' voluntary winding up of the Company. It is expected that the Initial Distribution will be made to Shareholders by the end of July 2013.

Defined terms in this announcement have the same meanings as set out in the Circular.
